Kiwi Crate is a monthly subscription box for kids ages 3-7yrs old. These kits are themed monthly & have all the materials and instructions included for easy fun! I do these kits with my 3.5yr old in pj's at night when his little brother goes to bed. It's great alone time and he really looks forward to it.
This months box had two projects. One was a firefly & the other a bug painting.
I love how easy to follow the instructions are for Kiwi Crate. This is our 3rd crate and this Firefly project was by far my sons favorite.
He loved flying his firefly all around the house. Although its hard to see I had to get a picture of the firefly with the lights out! The glow stick inside the bottle really worked well and my son thought it was FUN!
The next project was bug paintings with sponges and paint. The sponges got a little messy so he ended up mostly using the paint brush.
This month Kiwi Crate also included these bug cards with information about different types of bugs. Very educational & fun to teach him how many legs each bug has etc.
